The Sintesi series designed by Ernesto Gismondi is characterized by a very simple structure, in white lacquered aluminium, with two joints allowing for various positions. Version with E27 lamp, has lacquering defects, consistent with the age of the object.

Engineer Gismondi and architect Mazza founded it in the 50s and at the beginning the architect was the only designer. In the late 50s and early 60s other designers were introduced, BBPR, Ponti, and then Magistretti who had the greatest commercial success with Eclisse. Still active and always at an international level, it maintains high levels of quality combined with modern design.
