How to make a return?

Access to your reserved area:
"Select history and order details" 
Locate the order, if you have placed more than one, then click on "Details"

A screen similar to this willopen with all the articles contained in the order.

Then moveto the section highlighted in the photo above.

Select one or more items for which you are requesting a refund or withdrawal.

The refund will take place within the estalished terms and times. We invite you to consult the appropriate section.

Returns without authorization are not accepted.
Remember that the return is only possible within the indicated times.

Buscando sells used and second-hand objects in the state in wich they are found, the  photographs are illustrative of the state in which the object is found.

Buscando reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the returnd for defective goods.

Once the return request has been received, Buscando will send the Customer a communication containing the return authorization.

In the event that the Buyer makes use of the riht of withdrawal, he will have to provide at his own risk the costs to return the purchased products, intact, in the state in which they were shipped, with the same packaging, sending them to Buscando headquarters within 10 days of return request. Damaged products will not be accepted. Within ten days of receipt of the intact goods, a credit transfer will be made for amount paid minus the shipping/packaging costs incurred.

Buscando reservees the right to refuse unauthorized returns. 

Buscando will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the term and conditions set out in Return Terms.

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Instead you can view the status of the return authorization, and print the documentation to be included in the package.

Once the return request has been made the status can be:

  • Pending confermation. 
    At this stage we are evaluating your return request.

  • Authorized Return: Waiting for the package.
    You can proceed with the reurn. We await the goods to proceed the refund.

  • Parcel Received.
    We have received the goods, we are checking them.

  • Return Refused.
    Your request was not aaccepted.

  • Return Completed.
    The return procedure is closed.
