Set of chairs S81 design Eugenio Gerli for Tecno, historic company of Osvaldo Borsani. Base of the chairs in black painted die-cast aluminium, to which the 4 legs are anchored. Dimensions width 42cm, depth 56cm, height 94cm. In good condition, reupholstered alcantara-type fabric.

With a tradition of high-level craftsmanship at Arredi Borsani Varedo, Osvaldo and his brother Fulgenzio founded Tecno in 1953 to bring industrial production and design to office and home furnishings. With the meeting with Mattei and the commission to furnish the Eni offices, the design evolution accelerated and many custom-made products were born.
