Mozia model floor lamp by Pierluigi Cerri for Fontana Arte, 1988
Pierluigi Cerri, graphic designer and designer of Fontana Arte, introduced new materials in the new productions at the end of the 80s, with the Sara model the lampshade is in polycarbonate, creating a turning point compared to the past.
Floor lamp with metal frame covered in pear wood, conical satin glass and bronzed base. Very elegant, in excellent condition designed in the late 80s by Pierluigi Cerri. Dimensions height approximately 200 cm base diameter 26 cm.

Luigi Fontana's workshop, at the beginning of the century, specialized in the processing of glass for large windows, around the 1930s with the entry of Gio Ponti and the artistic director Pietro Chiesa founded the Fontana Arte brand.
